|Description||Commensal microbes have profound influence on human health, including metabolism, behavior, tumorigenesis, and immunity. Our laboratory studies the immune mechanisms involved in recognition of commensal microbes and how these mechanisms participate in immune homeostasis (health) or immune pathology (disease).
