The office staff is first rate. They are friendly, efficient, and prompt to get you in to see the Doctor. Each visit, the wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Melepura is the absolute best. He showed genuine concern with my pain and explained the steps to treat me with great detail. Best of all, I felt like an old friend rather than another patient. This office comes highly recommended!

The staff is the most kind, compassionate, and responsive people I have encountered in NYC. They are professional and their clinical aptitude is impressive. The office seems respectful of your time - no long waits, no overbooking. Recommend!
